The Metal Embossed Exterior Wall Panel Continuous Production Line manufactures popular new eco-friendly lightweight construction materials, mainly polyurethane foam decorative wall panels. It is capable of producing flame-retardant thermal insulation decorative wall panels featuring steel facing, polyurethane core, and aluminum foil or steel backing plate. The continuous production line for polyurethane foam insulation panels is mainly composed of uncoiler → embossing machine → leveling machine → edge forming machine → heating platform → AB material foaming machine feeding → laminator → flying saw cutting → surface coating → packaging.
