Features: The embossing roller is made from alloy steel solid forgings, undergoing precision turning, three-dimensional pattern engraving (such as willow leaf, lentil, 3-leaf, 5-leaf patterns), and quenching treatment. It features high hardness, strong wear resistance, and uniform pattern depth. After embossing, sheets pass through a leveling machine for repeated alternating reverse bending to eliminate residual stress and achieve flatness.

Applications: Widely used in vehicles, machinery, stairways, ships, steel structures, and other fields.

Features: Uses pneumatic expanding shaft to secure coil material. The unwinder features a controllable tension system (some with water cooling). The winder uses VFD intelligent tension control to ensure neat winding, clear patterns with strong three-dimensional effect. Custom LOGO available.
