The Longkai Jingkema EPS Metal Embossed Panel Lamination Line is automatic production equipment. It bonds embossed metal sheets to EPS foam cores through gluing and lamination procedures, producing integrated exterior wall panels with thermal insulation and decorative functions.
I. Core Equipment & Process Flow
Different from the online polyurethane foaming production line, the EPS board lamination line mainly adopts the gluing and laminating process. Its core equipment is listed as follows:
Uncoiling & Embossing Zone: Uncoils color steel or aluminum coils and embosses 3D patterns such as brick texture and wood grain.
Gluing & Composite Zone: The automatic gluing machine coats special adhesive evenly on the surface of EPS foam boards.
Lamination & Drying Zone: The embossed metal panel, glued EPS foam, as well as bottom aluminum foil or color steel sheet are conveyed into the laminator for compression bonding. Afterwards, materials pass through the drying oven for fast adhesive curing to guarantee stable bonding strength.
Cutting & Packaging Zone: Continuously laminated panels are cut to required sizes by flying saw or cutting machine, followed by finished product packaging.

Application Scope
It applies to exterior wall thermal insulation and decoration of newly constructed brick-concrete buildings, frame buildings, steel structure buildings and light-weight buildings (including light steel villas, workshops, sentry boxes). It is also well-suited for energy-saving reconstruction and facade renovation of old buildings.
