Longkai Jingkema Pattern Roller Engraving is the most critical process in embossing equipment, directly determining the clarity, three-dimensional effect, and dimensional accuracy of final product surface patterns.
A high-quality embossing roller requires an extremely rigorous processing workflow from blank to finished product:
1. Roller Material Selection: Typically high-quality seamless steel pipe (45# steel, 42CrMo alloy steel, etc.) or solid forgings. Processed through bore grinding, welding, annealing (stress relief), and precision machining.
2. Precision Turning: Rough and finish turning to drawing specifications. Surface roughness typically not exceeding 1.6μm, with radial runout tolerance on bearing surfaces controlled to 0.025mm.
3. Pattern Engraving: Patterns are machined using mechanical or laser engraving technology according to pattern requirements.
Surface Treatment & Hard Chrome Plating: After engraving, the surface undergoes hard chrome plating (typically 0.03-0.05mm thickness) achieving HRC58-62 hardness to enhance wear and corrosion resistance.
