Features: The embossing roller is made from alloy steel solid forgings, undergoing precision turning, three-dimensional pattern engraving (such as willow leaf, lentil, 3-leaf, 5-leaf patterns), and quenching treatment. It features high hardness, strong wear resistance, and uniform pattern depth. After embossing, sheets pass through a leveling machine for repeated alternating reverse bending to eliminate residual stress and achieve flatness.
